Spend the afternoon with 20 recruitment technology and database providers; formal presentations, speed pitching, technology debate and informal networking time.
Registering: This is a networking event JUST for recruiters so unfortunately supplier organisations are not able to register to attend. We can only allow two tickets to be booked per organisation.

Format: After registration and a quick cup of tea/coffee it's straight into the speed pitching and technology presentations. You select where you want to be and when. There are two streams running during the course of the afternoon. We take a break mid afternoon for the Technology Leadership Forum Debate. All attendees are welcome to take part - or you can continue networking with technology providers during this time.
Speed Pitching Sessions
Split across two rooms all 20 exhibitors take part in the "speed presenting" sessions. Every 20 minutes a whistle blows and you sit down, with a few other attendees, at an exhibitors table to hear about the product, it's main features and USPs. Each provider will leave time for you to ask questions. You can also grab them in the networking space if you want to learn more (and of course you can arrange to talk after the event!).
Ten of our exhibitors (Monster, Bullhorn Reach, ebsta, Cube19, LaunchPad Recruits, idibu, Safe Screening, TriSys, Plugin Recruiter and NowWeComply) will be preseting in the theatre room during the afternoon. Each organisation has ten minutes to present the mains features of their product. They give the presentation twice during the afternoon and will be on hand for the whole afternoon so if you have more questions there will be plenty of time to catch then.
Technology Leadership Forum Debate: Why doesn't Recruitment Technology just work!!
The APSCo Technology Forum are hosting a debate to discuss the problem of agencies being faced with “barnacle technology”. Are recruiters sick of having technology businesses trying to sell them a “solution” which their recruitment database supplier should already integrate? Or are add-ons the only way for recruiters to keep up to date with the best in class technology tools their businesses require? This session will be hosted by the forum Chair, Raymond Pennie, and we will invite debate and discussion from the floor. Non APSCo members are welcome to attend the session
We'll have tea/coffee and biscuits on hand at all times - so you can take time to do a bit of networking or catch up on your emails! Then at 5.30pm .... it's off to the pub (for those who fancy it; that bit isn't compulsory!).
Price: We don't want price to be a barrier in recruiters deciding whether to attend our events and so there is no charge for those attending this event. However we do not expect to have enough places for all those who would like to attend. Consequently there is a small deposit payable upon registration to ensure that we are only allocating places to those most committed to attending. All monies will be refunded to attendees who attend the event, if you don't attend your £20 deposit is donated to one of our designated charities.
